Daeva is the model of Ishgardian grace and nobility. Well mannered and respectful, she carries herself with aplomb. Always there is a smile on her face and warmth in her visage. She is kind, gentle, friendly, and poised but can also be stubborn and quite willful. Teal blue hair and vibrant violet eyes, all natural, frame a lovely face of beauty and grace. Carefully crafted makeup delicately accentuates her appearance while beautifully crafted jewelry often adorns her neck and wrists. Her fingers, however, bear the same two rings wherever she goes, though not much is known as to the significance of them. As a Dzemael, Daeva takes particular pride in her appearance, as well. Born the only daughter to Lord Rinneux de Dzemael and his wife, Daeva was a rather spoiled child growing up. Second in line for the family business and fortune, for her family was the wealthiest of the Dzemael branch and the main coffers for the House as a whole, Daeva wanted for nothing and received only the finest education to be afforded, without the responsibilities of having to learn how running the workings of the family business. It was not an easy life though at times, for when she was five, her mother passed away in childbirth, along with her baby brother. This left Daeva and her older brother and heir, Gaetan, to be raised by their father, a task he often brushed off onto tutors and nannies rather than take a direct hand in his children's rearing.Still, there was little she did not excel at doing when she put her stubborn mind to it. Be it the harp or archery, if she was passionate about something, she'd find a way to do it. Her tutors loved her, especially her insatiable appetite for learning and all things literary and educational. The only thing in which she did not excel, much to her and her father's chagrin, was the art of chocobo riding - a feat which still vexes her to this day. Still, she is more than happy to take to foot on her travels, preferring to explore the world as many others do.Recently, when she was just freshly turned twenty-one, and travel to the Far East had started to become more common, she begged her father to let her travel to the Far East to experience all that their culture had to offer. Not one to look an opportunity in the mouth, Rinneux sent his daughter with a small retinue to open up trade in the newly liberated land of Doma, while also giving her free license to conduct affairs with her father's blessing on his behalf in Hingashi as well. She spent two years there and loved every second, immersing herself deep into the people and culture of both Doma and Hingashi.However, with her older brother's death fighting the Garleans on behalf of Ishgard and the Eorzean Alliance, Daeva has now been recalled to Ishgard to take up the mantle of Heir to the family's business and fortunes, and looking to once more reintegrate herself into Ishgardian society.

Daeva is ever the dutiful daughter of House Dzemael and is actually rather involved in her father's affairs, namely trade and their wealthy patronage of the Temple Knights.
